Brent has been working with students, athletes and employees for many years in helping create future pathways, and has been a passionate advocate in supporting people on their quest to realise their ambitions. As a person who has met the challenge of an unforseen medical diagnosis that required a significant change in direction, Brent became a staunch advocate of personal development from an early education and career stage to ensure multiple career options and flexibility was open to anyone. In a world where everyone craves greater work/life balance, Brent believes that a program like ImproveMe.com.au can provide anyone with an opportunity to understand their underlying strengths and get them on a path to fulfilment at any stage in life.
Away from ImproveMe.com.au, Brent is a Melbourne based General Manager of an international professional services organisation, serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Global Warranty & Service Contract Association, and is a past Chairman and current Ambassador for the Gutsy Group.

Richard Coloretti
Richard is a Director and co-founder of ImproveMe.com.au and is responsible for the company’s online system and IT strategy.
Having children who have recently completed high school and a wife returning to the workforce, Richard is passionate about the need to provide as much guidance as possible to people regarding their futures, no matter what their stage of life. He believes that providing a cost effective, online competency based program will greatly assist in achieving this goal.

Claire King
Claire is a co-founder of ImproveMe.com.au and is responsible for leading the company’s marketing and PR activities.
Having worked in a variety of industries throughout her career including insurance, executive recruitment, healthcare and hospitality, Claire is a firm believer in drawing on key competencies to build yourself a career path. As a recent “return to work mother” she is also an advocate for using that time away from the workforce to better understand your true calling and shape yourself a future that suits your personal circumstances.

Tom Lonergan
Having been involved in a professional sporting environment for 14 years, ImproveMe.com.au co-founder Tom Lonergan has seen many former team mates leave the industry not knowing what to do next.
Tom strongly believes ImproveMe.com.au will help athletes firstly identify what competencies they are strong in and also, what competencies they can seek to improve. This will give them clarity into what future employment opportunities they may have. Additionally, Tom has volunteered for Red Dust as a role model and is passionate in giving Australia’s indigenous youth the best opportunity to achieve their goals.
Away from ImproveMe.com.au Tom played for the Geelong Cats since he was drafted back 2002 until his retirement from the sport at the end of 2017. He now holds the role of Talent Manager for the Calder Cannons. Some of his hobbies include golf, basketball and water skiing.
