StrengthsPlus is a two part program that is designed to help you prepare for a fulfilling career path. It’s currently free for anyone to use.
Part 1 – StrengthsPlus Assessment
- In Part 1, you will undertake the free StrengthsPlus Assessment which takes about 15 – 20 minutes to complete online. Don’t forget to use the “peer assessment” feature to benefit from the opinion of someone you trust – this can be extremely valuable as you seek to understand your strengths and identify any blindspots you might have about your own abilities.
- “Zing” – that’s your assessment results quickly arriving via email! The reports you receive identify and explain which two ImproveMe strengths (competencies) you rated most highly in.
Part 2 – StrengthsPlus Portal
- In part 2, you have the option to access a free, personalised online site where you will benefit from self-paced learning and development opportunities. Let the true career development journey begin!
- Your StrengthsPlus Portal includes content customised to the key strengths identified by your StrengthsPlus Assessment, as well as details of suitable career choices, career preparation material and ‘bite sized’ learning opportunities to grow your skills further.
